Player-hosted games: how Open Play works

Start a game: book and pay for your court, then open your booking and tap “Find players.” Choose singles or doubles and a playing level.

Join a game: choose a suitable game, check in at the club, then pay the amount shown. Joining opens shortly before the game; it closes when play is due to start. Tap “I’m ready” when called. This confirms readiness; it does not affect what you owe.

Share the cost: guests initially pay half the court cost. For new games, the system settles the cost after the booked end time. There is no finish button to press. The final cost is split among the organiser and confirmed guests. Reimbursements become 180-day wallet credit, not cash. Extras remain the organiser’s cost.

Cancellation for new games: cancel before the booked start time for a full refund of your joining payment to its original payment method. Bank/card refunds may take time; your receipt shows the status. At or after the start time, your paid place stays in the split even if you do not turn up. Missing a readiness prompt does not cancel your place.

Example: ฿900 court with four players → ฿225 each. The organiser pays ฿900 first and receives ฿675 back; each guest pays ฿450 initially and receives ฿225 back.

If nobody joins, the organiser keeps the booking and pays the full cost. This guide applies to player-hosted games, not the separate club queue.
